Cigar Box Guitar Tuning Options: 

3-String: You can use different combinations of strings from store bought sets to achieve different tunings for your 3-String CBG.

• Low Open EBE: You can use the Low E, A, and D strings from either an acoustic or electric set.
• High Open EBE: The three plain strings from an electric set work great for this tuning.
• Open GDG: The A, D, and G strings from an acoustic set work great for this tuning.

I'm sure there are other great options regarding both pitch and gauges, and when I find out about them and get a chance to test them, I will add them to this page.
